A: There are several elements to consider when selecting a design for your publication needs. First consider what you are trying to accomplish. Next decide on a theme and colors. Will the event be formal or informal? What message are you trying to convey to your clients or guests?
A: Consider ordering invitations 3-4 months prior to the date of the event. This will help you avoid rushing and give you time to make any necessary corrections.
A: You will receive a proof as a PDF file. Once this is received, review it carefully and submit any corrections via email to
ordering@majesticdesigns.net. You are able to make unlimited corrections until the time the order goes to print.
A: The delivery time can vary but you will be told prior to printing when you can expect to receive your order. Please know that our top priority is to produce only the best in high-quality publication services. Some jobs will require more time than others. Your patience is appreciated and you will not be disappointed.
Q: Return Policy
A: Since all of the products are custom-ordered, Majestic Designs does not accept returns and does not issue refunds. Once your order has been submitted for printing, it cannot be cancelled. Once your order has been submitted for printing it cannot be changed. If there are any errors on the part of Majestic Designs, they will be rectified in a timely manner. Customer satifaction is a top priority!
A: If for any reason your order is cancelled, you are responsible to pay for all work done PRIOR to cancellation (i.e. photo scan, graphic design, etc.); the minimum charge is $35. If no work has been done, your entire payment will be refunded.
