About Majestic Designs
 
Majestic Designs is a small business that specializes in designing and producing custom stationery for all your special events. Being that we are a small business, you will personal attention. You are not just another customer that an order will be shipped to.  Majestic Designs, the company, was started in March of 2007.  The company's principal stationer is Christel Bonner. Majestic Designs is based in Columbus, OH but provides services to residents anywhere in the United States.   Business has steadily increased for the company and we look forward to what the future has to offer.

It is my sincere honor that you are considering Majestic Designs for your stationery and/or diaper cake needs.  Each and every event is special and you deserve only the best!  I am here to serve you. I truly enjoy working with each and everyone of you.  My husband and I have been married for 11 years, have 4 children (13, 8, 7, & 5 years old), and have lived in 4 states (soon to be 5).  Creating stationery and diaper cakes for your special occasion is my pleasure.  It brings me joy when your ideas are turned into reality.  I have designed everything from funeral programs, to business cards, to wedding invitiations, to programs, to party favors.  I also dabble in event decor.  I've recently begun to create baby cakes that are made of name brand diapers for a new mommy or mommy-to-be.  I look forward to working with you. Please take a moment to read this interview in its entirety before hiring Christel Bonner and her staff.

 

Q. How long have you been designing stationery and how did you get started?

 

A. I started designing stationery while a teenager for various functions that were hosted by my church and family members.  Through the years, I never thought of my services as a possible career choice but I truly enjoyed what I did.  Designing and producing stationery for my own wedding was an enjoyable journey that didn't turn out exactly the way I wanted but you live and learn. Don't get me wrong, it was lovely but I know that I could have done so much more. I was a DIY bride and that in itself was stressful.  So now I seek to help brides make their dreams come to life. Girl...take a breath and go ahead, call the planner and then insist that your planner calls me!

 

Q. What sets me apart from other stationers?

 

A. Having a personal touch and a deep desire to see each couple's dream come true is what sets me apart from other stationers.  I can say with confidence, it's all about the couple and what they want.  Each wedding is unique and special and this must be communicated from the very beginning.  Stationery sets the tone for the actual ceremony and should have your unique stamp that sets you apart from everyone else.  Each set of stationery is uniquely handcrafted to align with your vision of the perfect dream day.  All orders are custom designed and no two events are exactly the same.  This is also my full-time career so I am available during normal office hours and in the evenings by appointment for consultations.

 

Q. Who benefits the most from hiring you?

 

A. The bride that has a vision of what she wants but maybe neither the time nor resources to make her dreams a reality benefits the most from hiring me.  You have a clear idea of your dream stationery but just can't seem to get started or really don't want to be bothered.  You value your wedding and see it as the commencement of a wonderful life with your hunny!  You want to be the talk of the town for years to come.

 

Q. Who will not benefit from hiring you?

 

A. Now, when asked this question I have to pause.  I'd like to think that I'm Superwoman and can save the day all the time but that's just not realistic.  So, if you don't have a vision or at least an inkling of what you would like to have for your special day, then our services are not for you.  That's fine but if I may offer a bit of advice.  Planning your own wedding takes approximately 400 hours if done properly.  That's 10 full time work weeks!  Who has that kind of time to really spare?  No really.  Don't mention budgets.  And on top of that, producing the stationery for the dream event can possibly turn out to be added stress.  Take some time to really think about what you want and analyze the resources that are available to you.  Afterwards, feel free to contact us if you feel you need a little extra help or check back frequently for some of the DIY products that we will be marketing soon.

 

Q. Do you have payment plans or take credit cards?

 

A. Yes!  We will work with you to establish an automatic payment plan so you never have to worry about sending in checks.  We also accept credit cards. Payment must be received in full at the time of delivery but we work with you so that you don't have to worry about the hassle of a large payment at the time of delivery.
